QuestionIt says they come with Nickel-metal hydride batteries. Nickel-metal hydride batteries run at 1.2V. Are the radios designed to run on this voltage or will the performance be worse than if I used standard 1.5V batteries?

- Answer This question might be best answered by the manufacturer. The batteries that come with are rechargeable and therefore my first choice, but I noticed people ordered other batteries with and so I did too. Will probably never use them in the Walkie-talkies, however.
