• You can talk to any FRMS or GMRS radios that are set to your frequency and are in range. The reason I like these is they have a lot of sub codes to keep people off of your frequency. Doesn't mean you won't get any cross talk from the same main channel but the subchannels lock out your transmissions to people not on your subchannel. I seldom get other people on my channel because there are so many subchannels and people within 2 miles of my radio are minimal. I only use the FMRS channels.
