• Yes it can depending on how you mount the rear facing camera , mine is mounted to view any one in back seat .

• You can - the "rear" camera allows for interior coverage, which is how I use it.

• Yes, it will record the interior if you poit the rear csmera towards the front of the vehicle. It starts recording if any Motion is detected from the vehicle
