Nope. You need a scanner with the racing channels for that. Also you have to be at the races to hear anything.

The HH50 is a CB radio with a weather radio receiver feature. The CB radio function will receive and transmit from 26.965 to 27.405MHz. If NASCAR is using CB radio then you'll be able to listen in with the HH50.
