I’m not sure if it will run your machine, but my grandson use it for his Xbox and small tv in our suv.

The total operating load on the cigarette lighter outlet will be a combination of the actual power rating of the connected AC load (CPAP machine) plus the efficiency of the power inverter (energy required by the inverter to function). 70 Watts for the CPAP + ~20 Watts for the inverter operation for an approximate total of 90 Watts. This should be less than the maximum output power rating of a typical vehicle cigarette lighter outlet. Check the vehicle owners manual and or a power rating label on the cigarette lighter outlet. For greatest reliability consider a 20% "head room" for the power rating. In other words, if your maximum load is 90 Watts the lighter outlet maximum output power should have a power rating of at least 110 Watts. The higher the lighter output power rating the better.
