“I do love all the features and quality of the videos on this cam. However, the iRadar app says you also must purchase a detector with it to be able to use other features. Meaning, you also need to purchase a radar detector. Which?? And Why??”

You can get live-alerts from radar and other customers using the Drive Smarter app without a radar detector. Simply connect your SC201 and leave connected to Drive Smarter while you drive.
