“When I turn the picture in picture feature off in settings, it's back on the next time I use the camera. How can I turn it off permanently? I tried resetting to factory default and turning it off during setup but that doesn't work.”

• You can see a YouTube video for menu guide. That is what we did and you can set up for front camera only.

• I did it using the app on my phone and switching the setting there. It wouldn’t change back after i did that.
