Thank you for your question. A super capacitor would store energy similar to a battery, but with no actual capacity or a much smaller capacity than a battery would. Something that would last only for a few minutes max. It is much smaller and does not hold a charge for more than that short time but, also charges at a much faster rate. The SC 250R includes a vehicle charger for power.
