A:AnswerI know that the shop is closed on Wednesdays because i made a trip last Wednesday unfortunately the shop is closed on Wednesdays. I had my install on last Monday im having a issue with my remote start pre starting and the alarm going off while im driving. A:AnswerIt has 3 buttons which are lock, unlock and start. I believe that you do have to use the remote that comes with the unit. They did not gove is the option of programming it to our remote.
