Yes. I have it on my powerstroke and it does well. One suggestion is to make sure you plug in the block on extra cold nights. The reason is the way it works for the plugs is based on a timed delay. It will wait like 10 seconds after simulating ignition on and therefore heating up the plugs. Then it will start whether its ready or not on the dash or temp of the plugs. So sometimes it will not successfully start on first try and then it will wait another 10 secs and try again. On mine if it does this and starts the second time it blows a lot of smoke due to the excess fuel thats being pumped in and not burned on the unsuccessful start.
