Where do I keep the little antenna (ant-ap)??? null

The little one you might be referring to is the temp sensor that plugs into the brain, if its the actual antenna which is not really little, a bit bigger or the same size as the fob, that goes on your windshield at its highest point toward the center near the rear view mirror is the best spot. There is a blue light that flashes on the backside that will flash through your windshield. Pretty cool feature.
