• A:Answer I bought the kit and accessories on one day and scheduled an appointment for installation for a later date. You pay the whole thing at time of purchase and take the kit parts with you, and bring them yourself on the installation day.

• A:Answer You don't have to restart it again, as long as it's still running from the remote start (my remote start stops running after 20 minutes) when you get in and don't push any pedals, push in the key, it will continue to run, and you can then drive normally. (so if you push the pedals without the key in, the car will stop, so you just need to have the key in the ignition.)

Q: Questionafter having a remote start installed do you always have to use that remote to start vehicle? how about keyless entry system. do you have to give up one of the factory remotes? does key need to b in ignition to drive? thanks

• A:Answer No, you do not have to remotely start the vehicle, you can use the key to enter and start the vehicle. The factory remotes will still work to lock and unlock the doors; however, I put the factory remotes in storage. The new remotes will lock and unlock the vehicle. Yes, the key still has to be in the ignition to drive. When you tap the brake the autostart shuts down the engine, unless the key is in the on position.
