Hi Annie! Thanks for your great questions. We can absolutely fix a blue screen whether it's a hardware or software issue. It'll be best fixed in the store's Geek Squad if you have one open near you. It can also be diagnosed and repaired in home as well. If you have Total Tech Support, the work in the store would be covered otherwise in the home, it would be a discounted service likely being $49.99. Without Total Tech Support, it's hard to say without knowing whether you can head in the store or not. We'd recommend giving your local Best Buy a call and seeing if their Geek Squad is open.
