Q: QuestionWhen I log on to my Win 10 desktop, I get a ribbon of tiny shots of the screen and I get the same on every site I try to visit. I think this is a tab problem. Can this be handled online or do I need a home visit.

Q: QuestionOn my Asus laptop windows 10. Since last night my photos are all being deleated. The files are still there so far but nothing is in them. There is also nothing in my recycling bin any more. It won't stop deleting things. Can you please help?

With that said, typically Best Buy offers Geek Squad Protection with Replacement (GSP-R) on monitors for customers who opted to buy that service at the time of purchase. For customers who may not have opted for GSP or are outside of their manufacturer warranty, it’s hard to say with certainty what your best option is without knowing more about your particular situation.
