• Yes the bulb is replaceable. It is Part #RP34B and says you can call 1-800-3-CONAIR.

• LED bulbs. anything can be replaced, but would be easier to just buy another one than to replace the bulbs. LED bulbs don't need to be replaced for a very long time (aprox 3-5yrs w/ heavy usage).
