“Every time I step on it it says error. At the same time the bluetooth icon is flashing, but still no reading. What do I do?”

Good Day After you have downloaded our scale app WW scales by Conair, and you have either register or login with you current weigh watchers information. Go to dashboard click on connect to scale (orange rectangle) than follow the app instructions, it will probably tell you to tap on the scale and then you step on the scale one the scale connects. Stay on the scale until the app gives you instructions that is done. Thank you
