After you have downloaded our scale app WW scales by Conair, and you have either register or login with you current weigh watchers information. Go to dashboard click on connect to scale (orange rectangle) than follow the app instructions, it will probably tell you to tap on the scale and then you step on the scale one the scale connects. Stay on the scale until the app gives you instructions that is done.

all our bluetooth scales come with a 10 year warranty. Extra protection can't be added
unless is offer by the retailer where your scale was purchase.
