QuestionThe scale stopped working so I tried to replace the battery. Is anybody else having problems? It won’t come back on. Needless to say if I have to buy another one, I won’t choose this. It is less than a year old!!!!

- Answer So far I am pleased with my WW glass scale. Have had it only a few weeks. No problems. One thought, when you changed the battery, did you slide the new one under the thin contact for + and not break it off or bend it under the battery?

- Answer You won't have any issues using the WW scales if you have any heart condition. Gentle tap of your foot will activate scale, step on and within seconds know your weight.

- Answer Keep in mind, at home you may be not fully clothed unlike at the doctor's office Clothing can add upwards of 6 to 8 pounds difference. I weigh both at home, noting the reported weight and compare to the scales at the doctor's office.
