We live that far from our 1 and only cell tower and also only had 1 to 2 towers on our cell phone. This boosted the signal substantially and although pricey, it was a much better choice than paying a landline bill every month. IT's pay for itself in 10 months or less.

Before if we walked from one room to another the call would drop and many times the calls were garbled. Now we have good coverage and can talk clearly. Be sure to mount the outside antenna high and directed towards the cell tower as closely as possible.
