I had poor reception on XFi/Verizon at the vineyard farmhouse. A lot of dropped calls from inside and office I’d have to go outside closer to road to get just a couple of bars. I placed the new antennae on roof pointed to where I thought the cell tower was. Kit supplied plenty of cable to run down roof then inside. The flat window entry cable worked to test but I had a landline cable entry point that was no longer used so after testing I ran outside roof cable directly into room to minimize connectors and unions. Placed the inside antennae high on interior wall. I get 4 bars in that room and 3 in rest of house now . Strong clear singnal and sound. Very pleased despite the high price. Worth it for me since cell is business line as well and not good for image when conference and support calls get dropped mid conversation. Nothing worse than being on hold for tech support then have call dropped randomly. Solid product so far!!!! Excellent signal improvement. Pretty easy to install. No configuration. Just plug in antennaes, point, power up and check signal strength. Adjust outside antennae if necessary.

Made a huge difference at the deer camp. Had no signal at our bunkhouse. We had to try to find a signal on top of a hill or sometimes for a fleeting second while standing in the back of a truck while doing handstands. Now we get 4G-LTE with full bars all around the camp. Should have gotten one years ago. Did notice that our ATT phone signals were slightly better than a friends T-Mobile.

iPhone users beware Android needed for set up

Without access to an android phone, it is near impossible to set up. My family has iPhones (6s, 7, 8 and x). I contacted the company, Wilson Electronics, when I could could not get beyond putting my phone in field test mode *3001#12345#* to see the signal strength, their response was “if you do not have access to an android phone, you might as well return it, since iOS 11 came out, they don’t have a way to see signal strength on iPhones for their set up.” Apparently their directions are pre-iOS 11 since I tried them, I tried YouTube videos, and I googled field test mode to try and get around what the customer service representative did not know. I learned lots of things about my phone, except how to access the signal strength in field test mode on an iPhone with iOS 12. Their directions ask for the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna to be placed according to signal strength which cannot be done by just looking at the bars on the phone. They stated that if I could see a strong variance while in 3G then I could guess and install, but it might not help. Per Wilson Electronics suggestion, the weboost will be returned.

It will bring whatever signal you have outside and broadcast it powerfully inside your building. Plus, there is nothing to "tune"; just plug and play. Extremely easy to install and use.

Appears great so far, you just need to make sure the two antennas are not aiming at each other. Great tech support and hours. Coverage could be better. Its great if you are right in front of it and out for 20 feet or so. It drops bars pretty quick after that or out to the sides, but it still boosts signals in that area. Bottom line is we don't have dropped calls anymore and downloads speeds are pretty amazing.

Went from one to four bars when we installed this. Very easy to install - worst thing was running cable to outside antenna.

I live in a poor coverage area where I actually have to at least walk out to my mailbox to have a reliable call. Inside the house, we can leave phones in the front window to get texts, and occasionally talk although the call will likely drop.
Wifi calling saved the day for us, making our phones useful indoors but having a terrible DSL internet service ruined that. To keep our internet up for my wife to work, I recently bought a wifi hotspot. (AT&T Netgear Nighthawk) I added the $30 external antenna but the results were less than impressive with our poor coverage.
So, in comes the WeBoost to save the day!
Now, I have 3 bars of service at my desk in the back of the house and can call, text, and use data. Normally, my phone has either no signal or 1 bar and is unusable there. It also doubled the data speed of my AT&T wifi hotspot, WITHOUT its external antenna!
I initially cringed at the price, but caught it on sale to soften the blow a bit. But now that I've seen how it performs, I would say it's definitely worth it!

Worth the money

Purchased for my grandparents being most landlines are getting too expensive to afford. It's cheaper to just have cell phones. Took maybe 15 minutes to get it mounted and running for them. Went from having no service at all to full bars through the whole house. They no longer need to keep cellphones in a windowsill to get barely 3G service. It was the first time they had ever had 4G LTE at their house. It is such a relief and piece of mind that they can make calls if needed (or emergency calls) without worrying if their phone will even get service to make a call. Worth the money! Money does not matter in those types of emergency situations.

Set it up inside our office which is a metal building and previously had absolutely zero signal. After installing I can hear calls perfectly fine and internet works decently. Only hold up was we installed it too close to the wifi router and that caused issues but other than that it's a great

Although it was purchased a few weeks ago, we just installed it yesterday. The directions are clear, and installation went smoothly.
We're out in the boonies, and have sketchy cell service within the house and yard. So we bought this to boost our signal.
I will say that my expectations were a bit unrealistic. I had envisioned getting 4 bars and max signal strength. We don't have that, BUT I now have 3 bars where I used to have 1 and occasional dropped calls. When I did the pre-installation testing, the average db reading was -114 to -116. Now we're at -99 to -97, which is dramatically better. (It may not seem a lot different, but it's exponentially better.) Amazon Video was temperamental when streamed on data plan prior to installation, now loads quickly and with no buffering interruptions.
My advice is that the price difference between the 1,500 sq foot booster and the 5,000 sq foot booster isn't large enough to make the smaller one worth your while. Go big, or go home - get the 4G.

The boost in my signal was from 1 bar to 2 or 3 depening how far from the antenna you are. Streaming from my wifi internet hot spot is now possible and the cell phones do not drop calls.

I am in the area, where we have weak cell signal. For about a year we didn't have any problem using regular, provided by T-Mobile signal booster, but for last 3 month company have been working on upgrading towers and our service got really bad. Friend suggested weboost. I did my research and since my work rely on T-Mobile service 100%, I ended up making this investment. I was skeptical, but now can confirm that device working well. My Internet (which is also depends on T-Mobile tower) got improved, my cell service in house improved and I actually can make and receive calls; and as a side effect, we also got Air TV service greatly improved. Going from barely 3 channels to great quality all local channels. So, overall I am very happy with my purchase and recommend weboost. My only concern is that it cost way too much.

We live in a hilly area where cell service is spotty. There is a tower across the bay, and we aimed this antenna at it. It is boosting the signal nicely. We've gone from 2-3 bars in the house to 5 (yeah, I know that's not an accurate measurement). Still in the 30 day test phase, but so far so good. Installation was not hard, once you read the directions. They have some good videos on their website, too.

We live in the UP of Michigan and only have 1 cell phone tower and our signal is quite weak. We had to hire an electrician to install our WeBoost because we're in our late 60s and there's no way either of us could climb a ladder and get on the roof to install the outside antenna box. There also wasn't enough cable so glad we hired an electrician. It has boosted our signal greatly. It was worth the price!

This product boosted my signal at home by only one bar. It's pretty pricey for not working that great in the country.

We recommend reaching out to us, so we can go through decibel readings with you. The signal boost is not always apparent in bars, as bars can be measuring different signals like data strength or phone signal. When we measure in decibels, this can give us a more true idea on how the booster is performing, and what the starting signal strength is. The signal increase inside will greatly depend on what the starting signal is. You can reach us through our online help center:
https://www.weboost.com/us/support-center/. Or by phone: 866-294-1660.

Great service including LTE. The only problem is that it covers about 1500 sq ft on one level of the house and not the other level. However, service is great. We had to play with it for a bit. We figured out where the tower was and pointed the antenna directly at it. After doing this, it worked like a charm. Took us about 3-4 hours to figure this out and then another 2 hrs hiding the line. I like the flat cord segment so that we could run a line through the window and then close the window. Overall, 4/5 stars.

My son in law installed the external antenna on a 10 ft pole mounted at the peak of my cabin. Their was a plug handy just inside the attic and we fished the internal antenna 25 ft across the house and mounted it in a closet. I had been getting 0-2 bars and occasional service jumping from no service to 3-4G. I now have 2-3 bars with consistent 4G service. No dropped calls and I can stream videos easily and TV (some buffering).
