I don't think you'll get better than the -104. That's a great signal according to the manual.

If you are able to make calls in that location, it's likely we can boost your LTE signal. The decibels of gain you see on the inside is hard to gauge, because it depends on a lot of different factors. LTE is a time based system, so it's more difficult to predict gain.
