I had the same issue for some reason the pre-order bonus codes weren’t sent out for this title, I would call the Best Buy support # and let them know, If you pre-ordered your title, they can look it up and email you an code or give u one over the phone.

I didn't receive an email with a code either and I also thought it might be a pack-in bonus. A code should hopefully be sent out in short order, but I made a post on the Best Buy forums trying to root it out. It probably wouldn't hurt to go there and say you're having the same problem, the more people affected the bigger the issue & possibly the quicker the resolution. 

If you still haven't received a code within 48 hours go to the forums and there's a stickied post in 'Gaming Support' guiding you on how to request a missing code.

There is no code or email that comes with this edition of the game.
