• I have been using this for some time on Hardwood/Laminate floors and the rotating brush does not scratch them.

• I use it all the time on my bamboo wood floors and I have seen no scratches.

• The brush is gentle. We have dark hardwood and have not seen scratches at all. This is not an industrial dynamo.
