- Answer It depends on the carpet. Short area rugs, absolutely. Tall, thick, shag carpets, no chance.

QuestionWould like to know what type of rechargeable batteries this vacuum uses, & are they easy to replace?

- Answer It has NiCads. My guess is they will last a year or two, then it gets tossed (can't replace the batteries). You can probably take it apart and DIY the swap, but by that time I'll be ready for a new model.

- Answer Purchased mine yesterday too and am having the same issue with light blinking after overnight charging. Since it's not just my vac, I'm going to take it on a test drive and see how long she lasts.

- Answer It doesnt use a bag, there is a filter that you can rinse and dry out if needed but I have had mine for a couple of months and I havent had to do that yet.

- Answer Yes, you can use this on carpets and hard floors. It even detaches to get smaller places, you could clean out the car with It, It does have a rechargeable battery and charging stand is included.

- Answer I only have small areas of carpet/rug so I couldn't say the exact time, however I've not experienced it "dying", yet. I vacuumed a nice area with carpet, 2 rugs & my car.

QuestionMy handheld cleaner can't pick up anything with no suction power. The brush is still working I already clean dust cup, dust bag and filter but the suction isn't going. Maybe the dust bag is the problem. What can I do to get the suction back?

- Answer Maybe consider returning your vacuum if it’s a new vacuum. If your vacuum is more than a year old check the battery life.

QuestionHi, how is this one for cat hair and kitty litter? I use a natural wood litter so the pieces are a little bigger but it's supposed to be lighter. Does it pick stuff up off carpet or just good for hard floors? Thanks so much!!!

- Answer You can use it with some limits depending on how much room you have. This vacuum don’t open flat but it’s enough to go under about 10-12”.

- Answer I believe you can use any charger that gives you 13.5 volts - 200 mili ampers that fit in the vacum jack. Hope this helps!!
