• No. I have hardwoods and no scratches although I only use it for light pickups.

• The wheels are rubber so I don't think so.I've haven't used it on a wooden surface.

• I've been using this for a couple of months on my wood floor, and it does not leave any mark so far. I guess main reason being that this product is very light compared with those heavy duty cleaners.
