Before you install the program, you need to first back it up after it has been downloaded. Check your download folder, or anywhere that you choose to download it to, example desktop. Copy and paste your downloaded file to a blank disc to burn a copy, or to a flash drive, for re-installment. Also it is important to backup all of your information including your license or serial number that came with the software. Save your order number and receipt just in case there is a problem.
