Pinnacle Studio 24 comes with MultiCam Capture, a screen recorder and multi-camera capture and editing tool. Recording across 2 sources is included - so users can record their screen and webcam simultaneously, for example - and users can pay to upgrade that to expand their number of sources further. Most streaming platforms have copyright protection that prevents screenshots and/or screen recordings of their content, so if a user attempted to record a Netflix window they would only see a black screen and would be unable to capture any of the content. Making unauthorised recordings of material implies copyright theft, so it's been blocked by service providers for some time.
