Purchase once, use forever. No subscription. Way better than Microsoft, in my opinion.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am very disappointed with this order from Best Buy. The package came open which wasn't what I paid for and the disk was already uploaded. Used and not able to download what I paid for. Tried calling Best Buy and their GEEK squad wanted to charge me 39.99 for their yearly service in order to further speak to me. What a rip off. No one has reached out to me despite my many attempts to have some resolution. No credit was given and the stores aren't open. I decided to buy it from COREL directly. Shame of Best Buy to send me an open box used product which wasn't what I paid for and not able to download.
