Can I put a 75" TV Samsung, on this stand? null

No it’s only up to 65” Probably have to put the tv on the wall

Our 65" Samsung just fits. A 75" would overhang

The description on the item says that it is for a tv "up to 65". It really depends on where the legs are on the tv. I currently have a 65" tv on the table and the legs are very close to the ends (about 3" at each end to spare) The screen goes past the ends of the table.
