A:AnswerThis cable is for specific 30xx Nvidia GPUs, its unlikely to be compatible with the RTX 4070Ti.
Corsair does make a cable specific to 40 series Nvidia GPUs but, I don't know your specific MSi GPU and I would have to look at it to determine compatibility with that cable.
A:AnswerFor the cards that need this cable you'd need a different, more-capable PSU, please visit our site directly for more information or contact our team at any time also right on our site.

A:AnswerYes it should work with a Corsair 750 watt power supply. If your using Newer Nvidia 3080 series GPU's equipped with a 12 pin power connector please use a minimum of 850 watts, preferably 1000 watts for Ti models and 3090 models. Also todays CPU's draw more power especially Intel's 12th and 13th generation CPU's. Power supplies are designed to use only the wattage needed so a more powerful power supply is it will still only use the wattage needed and it's wiser to be on the safe side. You can always use one of YOUTUBE's, How To Pick a POWER SUPPLY to be sure
