• This uses SATA from your PSU or molex I forget. So yes it should work

• Hi Dmuss, We recommend that you reach out to HP to ensure that your system has an available internal USB 2.0 header on the motherboard for the Commander PRO to connect as well as a SATA power connector. -Brian
