Yes. The 3 fans on the front are pre installed and the lights are wired. You just have to run a SATA power to the led controller located on the solid side, right next to the SSD quick bays. The fans all need power from the Mother board so make sure you have enough fan plugs. The controller has 3 buttons for the lights - The same 3 are located on the top front edge of the case near the USB ports and Power button - 1- color, 2 - effect (blinking, pulsing, breathing, solid, off, etc...) 3 - Speed

yes it comes with the 3 fans you see in the front of the case and they are rgb fans. i had a friend of mine build it for me and he said there is plenty more room to add more fans(if ur build needs it) or a liquid cooling system.
