It would depend on what you plan to put in the tower. You will at least need a cpu cooler but if your going to SLI some cards in there... I would definitely get a back fan.

At the MINIMUM, I would buy at least one 120mm fan to install in the back as an exhaust fan. I recommend a fan from the corsair RGB lineup in order to match the front fans, but if you are on a budget a single basic 120mm fan should be fairly cheap. You theoretically could take one fan from the front and move it to the back to have (2) intake and (1) exhaust, but I highly advise against it.
