Will this power supply work with a Nvidia 1660? null

Yes. No issues with that card. Might even be able to upgrade video card in the future and be fine with this psu. Up to a rtx 3070 I would say. Anything higher I would look for a more powerful psu.

Yes, 750 watts is plenty of power. The minimum is 430 suggested by nvidia. Max draw under peak load is 130 watts.
