It's harder to say with the proprietary designs used by larger computer manufacturers. If the outside dimensions of the power supply will fit your case, if the motherboard of your system uses standard connectors (ie.: 24-pin and 8-pin connectors), and you can adapt to any specialized proprietary connectors that your existing Power supply may have (if any), the, yes - it should work fine.
