In regards to the number of buttons, no, you would not need any mouse with more than 5 buttons unless you want a [mostly] keyboard-less experience. That being said, if you want a reliable and high DPI mouse that could be wired or wireless, this mouse could still be a good choice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It really does have a lot to do with personal. If you need extra buttons you can rebind them to any function. Like Fortnite you can put all your building functions on the mouse freeing up extra keys on your keyboard or you can get one with more buttons and disabled them for now and have them to use later. I had a Logitech G903 with 11 buttons but only used 5 and disables the rest so it all comes down to what you want to do with your controls
