• Yes, the mouse comes with a wireless dongle for the 2.4ghz connection(which is the fastest and lowest latency for the mouse.) However, the mouse also has a Bluetooth mode that can be used in place of dongle to connect to Bluetooth capable computers.

• Yes it does. You have 3- choices, wireless via: (2.4 GH dongle or Bluetooth) and wired via usb cable with an adapter for mircro C or USB connections.
