Are the fans that come with this case a 3 pin? null

They are a unique configuration because you can chain them. The connection direct to the fan has 4 wires, but the loop or chain has 3. I think that the first fan in the chain connected to the header provides the RPM info to the header and the rest of the fans just get the same PWM or voltage signal looped over to them, but system is using the first fans info to determine the speed.
