No. This version has a USB end. You would need the surround sound version that has a 3.5mm end. It should say compatible with xbox/ps4 on the box.

It has USB adapter, so it should. I've used this on both my PC and PS4 with no issues. You just can't mess with EQ settings on Ps4/Xbox One
