• I tried that on my Samsung TV. I would confirm with Samsung if it has a Bluetooth menu. On my TV the USB ports are only for keyboards. It needs to be enabled in the Settings menu.

• No. It requires a certain kind of drivers to work which will not be in smart TVs. If you are looking for headphones for the TV there are many RCA type wireless headphones on the market that can fulfill that role.
