Then you're not having enough power to run the system then it will shut down due to the lack of energy. High-end CPUs and high-end graphic cards require powerful high-end power supply unit that require more power which would be a thousand Watts or more than that depending what are you running. Yes if your system consistently shuts down you need to look into a more higher power supply
