• Me personally would leave it alone as it was designed by the elite to run the way it does but no. It will not fit on that card without a custom waterblock.

• Not positive but from what I can see it would be an awkward fit. If there is room this is compatible with both amd and Intel cpus but in my personal experience dells do not lend them selves to be modded easily. I would find a case with more room and do a total transfer
