• You will need space for a 120 mm fan mount plus the radiator which takes about another 1 inch of space plus past the fan at minimum. You will need to account for the tubes coming off the radiator as well. Some pictures of the case would help. Did a search at if it is the obelisk case, you have plenty of room. You would remove the back case fan to mount it there.

• Hello Andrew, The video card shouldn't really matter, and the cooler would be compatible with the CPU but you'd have to confirm with HP regarding case compatibility if the manual doesn't mention it.
