Does this come with thermal compound? null

There is a thin thermal compound layer. I removed it and added a layer of Thermaltake TG-7.

Yes, thermal paste is pre-applied with this as is all of Corsair's AIO coolers. It's not bad paste to use tbh, but I do know some people prefer different/higher grade paste. Depends on builds with people.
