• You're referring to a server cpu my friend, Ann's yes it can But imo go with a flat surface base plate model to cover the full perimeters odd your processor. Hope this helps

• It shouldnt have any issues, most sockets are compatible with aio coolers. Just make sure you install the backplate correctly and use the correct adapter and you should be golden!
