QuestionHow do the panels come off? Thumb screws or do I need to keep a hex screwdriver around like my Spec-Omega?

- Answer The side panels have thumb screws. The front and top panels are just clipped in. It's easy.

QuestionWhat's the difference between the 5000X and the 4000X?

- Answer The 5000x can hold 2 360 radiators and has two additional glass covers, top an front also rear side panel has fan ports as well , the 4000x can only hold a 240 on top and 360 up front and only 2 glass panels

QuestionWill this case accommodate a 180mm length PSU and the associated cables plugged in to it and still have room for the 3.5" HDD tray? I need the high capacity HDD drives for games and data.

- Answer I will answer my own question now that I built my PC with this case. The answer is, it is a tight fit but yes. A 220mm PSU would require the HDD cage to be eliminated.

- Answer Hi Person, Aside from the three pre-installed SP120 RGB ELITE fans, the iCUE 5000X RGB also comes with an iCUE Lighting Node CORE, so you'll be able to control RGB lighting for up to six fans via our iCUE software. - Answer i am almost positive the 3090 fits. this case is very large. no fans came with case. I have 11 fans in mine, i believe you could get up to 15 120 fans in this case

QuestionDo i have to use the case with glass panel open with a 40 series gpus so that glass panel doesn't put any pressure on the connector?

QuestionI got the case recently but when I put the glass panel back my 4070ti cable connector gets some pressure on it, is it fine? Or I have to use it without glass panel?

QuestionDoes 5000x comes with any hub to control rgb fans and i have elite capellix h150i which comes with a commander core controller so how many total fans can i connect and control in 5000x with icue using commander core and hubs that comes with case??

- Answer Hi, Our iCUE 5000X RGB includes a pre-installed Lighting Node CORE. Both the Lighting Node CORE and COMMANDER CORE support up to 6 RGB fans each - totaling 12. It is worth noting that the Lighting Node CORE is only for RGB lighting control and does not have PWM headers (to power and control the fan itself) like the COMMANDER CORE. You would need to connect the Lighting Node CORE's fans to PWM headers on your motherboard or to another fan controller. - Answer Yes, this is an empty case. It includes 3 RGB Corsair fans, a fan hub, and a RGB Hub. You will have to supply/install everything else.

- Answer This is just a case, you need to buy every other component. It only comes with 3 fans and a fan rgb hub and fan power hub.
