The side panels have thumb screws. The front and top panels are just clipped in. It's easy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, No tools are required for removing any of the panels. The side panels utilize thumbscrews, while the front panel is mounted via ball-and-socket joints. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out: help.corsair.com -Albert
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Both side panels are retained by sockets. You press the side a panels into the sockets at the rear of the case. Then there are two thumbscrews that lock the panel in place. It should be a hands free removal unless screws were overtightened. I just moved my rig into the 5000x and I am very happy with it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just thumb screws, no hex driver needed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks to everyone who answered for me. Those hex screws in my Carbide Spec Omega were a nightmare so I was really happy to see that this was much easier to get in and out of. My purchase is here and I'm quite happy about it.
