• Hi there, Yes, you can flip the orientation to adjust for push or pull. You can use different fans to mount on to the radiator, although we would recommend using the included fans as they are better suited for the radiator. • Yes the fans can be either orientation for push or pull. Not sure on the other half of your question I just used the fans that came with the cooler. Good luck
