“I’ve been using this cooler for around a month and 1 of the fans stopped appearing in the app and soon after the fan stopped spinning but RGB still work. I have changed the port it is plugged in to and still nothing. Help?”

• I’ve noticed in my research for this answer that since one of the more recent software updates there has been several bugs. No fans show up at all on mine, Im looking at trying to find the last version that worked well and installing it. Not sure if possible but until another update may be the only solution.
