“Does this particular aio come with the commander core that powers a total of 6 fans and 6 rgb? I just ordered and don’t know if I need to pick it up”

It does. The commander core has 6 fan ports and 6 RGB ports as well as a temperature probe input. I got rid of the PWM repeater that came with my case and hooked up all 6 of my fans (all AF120s in a 5000D Airflow) and it works perfectly.
